Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent for a freight Forwarding Company

Duties:
1- Prospecting calls/messages to secure first meetings.
2- Qualify prospected calls (Trade lanes, Volumes, Decision makers)
3- Serve as the primary intake for customer complaints and service issues via phone, emails etc.
4- Liaise with operations, carriers and customs brokers to provide timely updates
5- Handle Manager’s meeting calendar
6- Maintain accurate log call with brief notes
7- Maintain clear CRM Data

Candidate Profile

- BT/TS/LT Logistics or supply chain
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service
- Good command of French and English
- Organized with attention to details
- Excellent communication skills over the phone
- Living in Beirut
