Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure merchandise is well displayed and organized.
- Process sales transactions through the POS system.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Support the team in promotional activities and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
- Familiarity with home appliances is a plus.
- Well-presented and customer-focused.
