Personal Assistant to the CEO

Duties & Responsibilities

-Represent the CEO in welcoming and following up with clients, ensuring professional communication and support.
-Attend meetings (local and international) as required, prepare accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
-Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and documents in Arabic and English as directed by the CEO.
-Organize and maintain the professional calendars and activities of the CEO and Deputy CEO.
-Accompany the CEO on business trips, managing agendas, logistics (flights, accommodation, transportation), and on-site requirements.
-Support the CEO and Deputy CEO during conferences, trainings, and events.
-Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to support ongoing projects.
-Track and follow up on the CEO’s initiatives related to sales, business development, and organizational growth.
-Prepare project documentation, presentations, and meeting materials.
-Organize and prepare for board meetings (agendas, documents, logistics, refreshments).
-Manage personal travel and family arrangements for the CEO, including bookings and schedules.
-Handle personal tasks and manage the CEO’s and Deputy CEO’s personal calendars when required.
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up on actions and communications.
-Ensure effective, organized, and up-to-date communication for the CEO with all stakeholders.

* Experienced in calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and minute-taking.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
* 3–5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior management.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
* Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work schedules and priorities
