Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Hazmieh. The ideal candidate is passionate about educational toys, enjoys guiding parents and educators in choosing the right products, and provides exceptional in-store service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome, assist, and guide customers in selecting educational toys and learning materials.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Manage sales transactions and maintain an organized checkout area.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory checks, and receiving shipments.
• Support in-store activities, promotions, and displays.
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferably in toys, education, or children’s products).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, friendly, and confident in dealing with customers of all ages.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (during Christmas season as overtime).
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.


Working Hours:
• Flexible 8-hour shifts (final schedule to be confirmed).
