Job Scope:
The Fleet r Admin Officer is responsible for coordinating the daily work with the maintenance workshop team in order to follow up on the implementation of the maintenance faults repair for all company vehicles and to prepare necessary spare parts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
-Liaison between the technical fleet maintenance team and back office for organizing and speeding up the needed paperwork related.
-Schedules repairs or preventative maintenance in major and minor mechanical repairs on company automotive equipment and other light motorized equipment.
- Managing and monitoring the implementation of the daily maintenance program and notifying the management in emergency situations that require immediate decisions beyond the authority of the maintenance department
-Coordinate with fleet and maintenance back office to initiate requisition for materials and equipment.
-Receive calls from company vehicle drivers and report them to be scheduled for immediate maintenance.
-Follow up the technician’s daily workflow, secure spare parts and verify the work carried out by monitoring and auditing maintenance reports
-Ensure that all drivers are conducting regular check (oil/filter change, batteries, water leveling, tires pressure and conditions…) according to related procedures and official MOM.
-Receive maintenance invoices for local vendors, place them in daily reports, and attach the required documents.
-Authorize purchases from local approved vendors when needed on urgent basis after management approval.
-Maintain adequate inventory of parts, equipment and supplies used in repairing and servicing motorized vehicles.
-Develops and implements programs of preventive maintenance.
-Organize and supervise the daily fleet inspection (confirming documents, equipment, adequate fluids and fuel)
