Education Pathways is seeking an experienced Student Recruitment Officer to lead and support student enrollment initiatives in Lebanon. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, strengthening, and managing relationships with recruitment agents, secondary

schools, colleges, and key partners across the region. This role requires a proactive professional with a strong understanding of international education markets, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering against recruitment targets.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.

• An International Degree (Western Qualified) will be preferred.

• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated success in student recruitment, agency management, or education counseling.

• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under performance targets.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Willingness to travel within the region for recruitment and engagement activities.

• Must have access to reliable transportation.
