Main Role Purpose
To oversee and ensure smooth operations across all barber shop branches (Lebanon, Dubai, Qatar), ensuring brand standards, procedures, and performance metrics are implemented consistently.
The person acts as the direct operational link between the General Manager and the branch staff (mainly barbers, receptionists, and local supervisors).
Key Responsibilities
1.Operational Oversight
•Supervise daily operations in all branches.
•Ensure service quality, hygiene, and brand standards are maintained.
•Implement operational SOPs (standard operating procedures).
2.Team Management
•Oversee barbers and branch teams (attendance, schedules, performance).
•Handle disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
•Ensure proper staffing and assist with recruitment when needed.
3.Reporting & Coordination
•Report directly to the General Manager.
•Prepare weekly/monthly performance, sales, and issue reports.
•Implement GM’s directives across all countries efficiently.
4.Administrative & Documentation
•Manage staff files (contracts, QIDs, residencies, etc.).
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and visa renewals per country.
•Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll, leaves, and bonuses.
5.Customer Experience & Quality Control
•Conduct surprise audits or visits to ensure client satisfaction.
•Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
•Introduce and monitor new service standards or systems.
6.Logistics & Inventory
•Monitor product usage, stock levels, and coordinate supply orders.
•Liaise with suppliers to maintain product quality and availability.
Ideal Background & Qualifications
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Hospitality Management.
Experience:
•Minimum 5–8 years in multi-branch operations or retail/hospitality management.
•Experience in barbershops, salons, spas, or hospitality chains is highly preferred.
•Proven record in managing cross-country or multi-site teams.
Skills & Traits:
•Strong leadership and people management.
•Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a big plus).
•Organized, firm, and detail-oriented.
•Familiar with digital reporting tools, POS systems, and scheduling platforms.
•Capable of traveling between Lebanon, Dubai, and Qatar regularly
