Responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the manufacturing company, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The role focuses heavily on manufacturing cost structures, production costing, inventory valuation, and operational financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial plans to support organizational objectives.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure operational stability and financial health.
Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial partners.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
Supervise accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
Review and approve financial transactions, expenses, and supplier-related payments.
Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making, strategic planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
Lead, develop, and supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Support cross-functional departments by providing financial guidance and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory systems, and production processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
