A. Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve all juice, smoothie, detox, and signature wellness drinks according to set recipes.
Ensure accurate portioning, blending, and presentation for each order.
Maintain product consistency and flavor balance throughout service.
Suggest and create seasonal or limited-edition juice/smoothie combinations in coordination with management.
B. Product Handling & Hygiene
Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables following strict hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of juicing machines, blenders, and workstations.
Store fresh produce properly to minimize waste and preserve quality.
Monitor ingredient stock levels and communicate needs to the Shop Manager.
C. Customer Experience
Greet guests warmly and provide recommendations on drinks, add-ons, and healthy choices.
Handle customer feedback positively and professionally.
Maintain an inviting and clean counter display, showcasing freshness and abundance.
D. Team & Operations
Coordinate closely with baristas and kitchen staff during busy hours.
Support in daily opening and closing procedures.
Assist in general café operations when required (cleaning, prep, service).
Follow all brand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to smooth workflow.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a juice bar, café, or restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of fruit and vegetable combinations, nutrition, and presentation.
Fast, clean, and efficient working style under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic English and Arabic communication; friendly customer interaction.
