Duties:
• Develop branding at the project level, considering previous editions (if any) for
continuity; define mood boards, typography, color palette, imagery styles, logo
placement, and other branding guidelines.
• Create/refresh presentation templates and needed elements.
• Develop print materials, including roll-ups, banners, booths, brochures,
• Develop documents design, including reports, briefs, fact sheets.
• Develop social media static posts + lightweight animations (stories, reels covers).
• Develop infographics, charts, and iconography.
• Develop a catalog of commonly used stock images and animations.
Website UI Refresh (Design-Only)
• Collaboration with CMS/dev teams (e.g., WordPress/Webflow) for specs & handoff.
• Visual audit and refinement of key webpages
• UI assets: icons, illustrations.
• Compile all brand elements into a single source (style guide).
• Define/update typography, color, grids, imagery, iconography, templates.
• Build reusable libraries (components, patterns).
• Organize source files and exports in a shared structure.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency.
• Provide quick checks, feedback, and handover documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MSOffice (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), particularly in
advanced formatting properties.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign,
Photoshop, After Effects).
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI generation of visual contents.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Figma/Sketch for UI design.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio covering presentations, social,
documents, and web assets.
• Excellent communication in written Arabic and English
