Checks orders sent by email and WhatsApp
Checks the Wilton cakes resume of the next day
Issues the orders sent from the branches and the sales clients, print them and send them to the concerned departments
Receives the prepared orders form from the delivery warehouse team and issue the related invoices
Checks the special orders and provides them to the concerned departments
Issues the daily SQL
Issues the total production quantity
Communicates with the distributors and take their orders for the next day
At the end of each shift, counts the money and sends the cash out report to the cash controller
Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned
