Job Summary– Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will play a role to Build and manage the marketing department internally, ensuring strong brand presence, digital visibility, and strategic communication and Act as a marketing consultant for our clients, delivering expert guidance, market insights, and customized marketing strategies that support their business goals.
This position requires a strategic, creative, and analytical professional capable of leading marketing operations from the ground up while providing advisory services across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Marketing Management (Primary Role)
- Establish the marketing department structure, processes, and workflows.
- Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
- Oversee brand identity, corporate communication, and internal/external brand guidelines.
- Lead digital marketing activities including website content, social media presence, email marketing, and online campaigns.
- Create marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and communication tools.
- Monitor and enhance the company’s visibility, positioning, and reputation in key markets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Client Marketing Advisory & Consulting
- Provide strategic marketing consultancy to clients across various industries.
- Analyze client needs, objectives, market segments, and branding requirements.
- Develop tailored marketing strategies, campaigns, and communication plans for clients.
- Advise clients on digital marketing, brand management, customer engagement, and market positioning.
- Prepare marketing audits, competitor analyses, and market assessments.
- Support clients in launching new products or services, including strategy, branding, and activation plans.
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure effective execution of recommended marketing plans.
- Present marketing proposals, KPI reports, and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Leadership & Department Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise the marketing team (graphic designers, content creators, digital specialists).
- Define KPIs and performance standards for internal and client-related marketing activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and oversee cost-effective campaign execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience establishing or leading a marketing department or marketing function.
- Strong background in digital marketing, brand development, and strategic marketing planning.
- Experience providing marketing advisory or consultancy services is a significant advantage.
- Strong knowledge of market research tools, analytics, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in social media management, content strategy, and digital advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English required; French is an advantage depending on region of work.
