Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and persuasive Sales Representative to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the unique ability to connect with a diverse clientele. 

Your resilience, negotiation skills, and customer-centric approach will be key to succeeding in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, social media (especially LinkedIn), and cold calling.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.

· Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

· Market Intelligence: Maintain a thorough understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitor activities within the Lebanese market and/or your assigned territory.

· Reporting: Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using our CRM system.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

 

· Proven Experience: Minimum of  2-3 years of experience in a sales role, with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

· Language Proficiency:

  · Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

  · Proficiency in French is a significant advantage.

· Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

· Negotiation & Persuasion: A natural talent for negotiation and influencing decision-makers.

· Resilience & Perseverance: A tenacious and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales enablement tools.

· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
