Supreme is seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Group Operations Executive to support and manage on-ground operations for inbound groups visiting Lebanon. This role requires field presence, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of services for groups, events, and MICE movements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle on-ground operations for groups, including hotel check-ins, coordination with reception, rooming lists, and group flow management
- Accompany groups during major activities, tours, events, and MICE programs when required
- Ensure buses, transportation, guides, and suppliers are aligned and on time
- Support the tour guide and assist with logistics, headcounts, schedules, and guest needs
- Coordinate with the Operation Coordinator for updated itineraries, manifests, and service orders
- Solve on-site issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain high service standards and represent Supreme Travel in a professional manner
- Assist with VIP movement handling and special arrangements when assigned
- Prepare brief reports after each movement (issues, improvements, service notes)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tourism, events, hospitality, customer service, or operational field roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Professional appearance and guest-handling skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when groups arrive
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes
