Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Website Operations Specialist to manage Google Ads campaigns, optimize SEO performance, and maintain our websites. This role combines marketing strategy with technical website management to drive growth and ensure a seamless digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video, and App campaigns
- Set up conversion tracking, manage bid strategies, and run A/B tests
- Optimize website SEO, including site structure, page speed, mobile performance, and content indexing
- Manage CMS platforms (WordPress and others), updates, backups, security, and website performance
- Monitor analytics, track UTM parameters, and troubleshoot issues across campaigns and websites
- Implement tagging via Google Tag Manager and maintain integration with CRM/analytics tools
- Ensure high-quality website performance, including cross-browser and mobile testing

Skills
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and website management
- Experience with WordPress, GA4, GTM, SEMrush, and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and spoken English
