Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing Plant

A well-established personal care manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production equipment and utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and utilities
• Minimize downtime and ensure optimum plant performance
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement root cause solutions
• Control maintenance costs, spare parts, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and ISO 9001 requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing/FMCG preferred)
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and planning skills
