Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales

Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.

Present product features, benefits, and prices clearly and professionally.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales effectively.

Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to maximize revenue.

Store Operations

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Maintain accurate product displays, pricing labels, and promotional materials.

Assist in stock checking, receiving new items, and reporting missing or damaged products.

Follow the company’s sales procedures, policies, and brand standards.

Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and track orders when required.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

Product Knowledge

Stay updated on latest products, specifications, promotions, and market trends.

Attend training sessions and continuously improve sales techniques
