Biomedical Engineer

Assist in the coordination, evaluation, and execution of biomedical engineering projects while supporting the sales and commercial activities of the department. The BE links the technical and administrative aspects of project management, ensuring that biomedical equipment and services meet operational, technical, and safety standards. It also involves preparing offers, managing documentation, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams from project initiation to completion.

Prepare and update sales offers, quotations, and tender documents in coordination with the Sales Manager.
Assist in pricing, proposal preparation, and commercial comparisons in line with client specifications.
Follow up on offers and orders with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely response and delivery.
Maintain and organize all commercial documentation (offers, client communications, supplier quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes).
Support lead follow-up and pre/post-sales communication with clients and suppliers.
Prepare reports, trackers, and performance summaries related to sales operations
Participate in the study, design, and evaluation of biomedical equipment layouts and systems.
Prepare technical drawings, equipment placement plans, and project layouts using AutoCAD or similar tools.
Coordinate and follow up on installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of equipment in alignment with project timelines.
Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding specifications, installation requirements, delivery schedules, and after-sales technical support.
Conduct site visits to verify installation accuracy, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
Ensure all user/service manuals, installation reports, and technical documentation are properly filed and updated.
Ensure all documents and project files comply with ISO and company procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (both electronic and physical). 9 Track client purchase orders (CPOs) and ensure proper processing and follow-up.
Perform any other task asked by supervisor and management.

Required Qualifications:

Education Level: Biomedical Engineer and master's degree is a plus
Experience 2–5 years of experience in biomedical engineering, preferably in medical equipment project coordination and execution.
Language / Literacy English and Arabic, French is a plus
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented and capable of working under supervision within multidisciplinary projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and abilities
