We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative & Social Media Assistant to support the day-to-day operations. Our company partners with a range of local and international clients to enhance their online presence, and we’re looking for someone who’s resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling different types of tasks.
About the Role
This position blends administrative work, research, and social media support. You’ll assist with organizing information, gathering insights, and helping with content-related tasks that contribute to client and internal projects.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and activity coordination
- Organize files, documents, and general information
- Support with the workflow and task follow-ups
Research Tasks
-Conduct online research on market trends, competitors, and industry topics
-Gather and summarize information related to clients, products, and projects
-Provide clear, actionable insights based on research findings
Social Media Assistance
-Support with content ideas and content creation
-Assist with posting schedules and engagement activities
-Help monitor online presence and trends relevant to clients
Qualifications
Must-Have
-Strong computer skills and reliable internet usage
-Excellent online search and information-gathering abilities
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative, research, or social media role
-Excellent English (written and spoken)
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Nice-to-Have
-Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
-Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut or similar tools
