We are looking for a skilled Shawarma Chef, to join our team abroad (relocation to Southeastern Europe).
Candidates should be experienced, passionate and creative, with a strong understanding of authentic shawarma preparation and a good knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and mezze is an added value.

Job Description:
• Prepare authentic Shawarma (chicken and meat) and complementary mezze dishes.
• Contribute to menu development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations efficiently.
• Maintain high standards in taste, presentation and portion control.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Shawarma chef (marination, stacking, slicing and presentation).
• Experience in Lebanese cuisine and mezze is a strong plus.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
• Willingness to relocate abroad (Southeastern Europe).
