We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Beirut, Lebanon. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  2. Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each platform's audience while maintaining brand voice and identity.
  3. Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely manner to foster a positive community.
  4. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and promotions.
  6. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  7. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in our social media efforts.
  8. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  9. Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present insights to the marketing team.
  10. Assist in the development of social media guidelines and best practices for internal teams.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling narratives.
  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
  4. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  5. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  8. Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they integrate with social media strategies.
  9. Adaptability to changing social media trends and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  10. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
