Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Personnel (50%)
- Maintain and update employee personnel files (contracts, NSSF forms, leaves, warnings, evaluations, etc.).
- Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Support in preparing employment contracts, job descriptions, and HR letters.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Lebanese Labor Law requirements.
- Support HR reporting and internal communication with staff.
Stock and Inventory Management (30%)
- Maintain accurate records of stock and materials used in construction projects.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Assist in preparing stock movement reports and reconciling physical counts with records.
- Support in organizing and labeling materials and equipment for easy access and tracking.
- Coordinate with site supervisors regarding material requests and deliveries.
Invoicing and Administrative Support (20%)
- Prepare draft invoices for construction-related works under supervision.
- Verify quantities and cost details with project and accounting teams.
- Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
- Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, scanning, and filing.
- Assist management with any other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative, HR, or accounting support roles.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices and Lebanese Labor Law is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management and invoicing procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
