Key Responsibilities:

* Perform installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of medical imaging and diagnostic equipment
* Conduct on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients
* Ensure equipment functionality complies with safety and regulatory standards
* Prepare detailed service reports and documentation
* Support customers with product demonstrations and technical training when needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and customer experience
* Participate in preventive maintenance schedules and emergency service coverage

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
* Previous experience in servicing medical equipment is a strong advantage
* Solid understanding of medical equipment safety and standards
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to travel locally and work on-site at hospitals/clinics
* Valid driving license is preferred
