HR Generalist- F&B

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to support the HR department in executing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee record management, and HR administration, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.

Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.

Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave records, and other relevant information.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in F&B Industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good knowledge of NSSF, HR practices and labor laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus
