Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Keeper- Spare Parts in Khirbet Qanafar. The Warehouse Keeper - Spare Parts is responsible for managing the storage and inventory of spare parts. Key duties include receiving shipments, organizing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while adhering to safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and effective teamwork to optimize warehouse operations.

Working Conditions
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (including a 30-minute break)
Saturday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Night Shifts: None
Flexible to work during public holidays and weekends: Not required

Qualifications
Education:
• Technical license (mechanical-electrical)
Experience:
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in spare parts or inventory management

Skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor as required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel knowledge
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages

Responsibilities and Obligations
• Receive maintenance parts from suppliers
• Deliver spare parts to the maintenance and machine operators
• Daily inspection of generators, chillers, compressors, UPS and boilers
• Daily inspection of diesel tanks
• Weekly inspection of insecticides, ventilation fans and air curtains
• Periodically inspection of fire extinguishers
• Checking water and washing filters
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliation.
• Report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory to the supervisor
