Maintenance Engineer

Make sure that mixing and filling machines are operating at the beginning of each production day
- Check conveyors to match product size before starting the production
- Assist labelling operator to fix machine and conveyor if needed
- Study new production projects for sauce factory and make researches to increase efficiencies
- Install new machines in production floor by referring to catalogues and manuals
- Attend trainings done by specialists (external) when here
- Prepare and update documented information related to new/modifications of machines: preventive maintenance, machine parameters…
- Receive vegetable oil and take sample for quality controller to check at each reception
- Check mesh of oil tank and clean it once every 2 months
- Give all information needed to production supervisor in order to fill receiving goods at each reception



The candidate must have a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
