Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Operations Management
Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure FMCG products are handled following safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Maintain optimal warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space and efficiency.
Monitor and improve operational KPIs (accuracy, productivity, turnaround time).
2. Inventory & Stock Control
Ensure accurate inventory counts and minimize discrepancies.
Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical stocktakes.
Implement FIFO/FEFO systems to reduce product expiry and damage.
Coordinate closely with procurement and sales teams to maintain stock availability.
3. Team Leadership & Staff Management
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily targets.
Plan shifts, allocate tasks, and manage performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and operational procedures.
4. Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Develop and enforce SOPs for all warehouse processes.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and FMCG regulatory requirements.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock levels, productivity, and warehouse performance.
Coordinate with logistics, transportation, sales, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure readiness at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in FMCG.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse automation tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
