Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential business clients across Lebanon
  • Present and explain Yammine Solutions’ products (Tapping CRM & Loyalty Cashback Program)
  • Qualify leads and handle objections professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client information
  • Achieve and exceed telesales targets and onboarding goals
  • Gather market insights and relay customer feedback to the team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales or call center sales (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with technology and digital solutions
  • Fluency in Arabic (French and English are a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
