You will manage the daily operational backbone of a meal-production kitchen. Your job is to ensure that procurement, client requests, production counts, packaging accuracy, and delivery logistics run smoothly every single day. This role sits between the kitchen, suppliers, drivers, and clients—requiring precision, speed, and excellent communication.We’re looking for someone highly organized, fast, and reliable to manage daily operations, supplier orders, client requests, and delivery coordination for a high-volume meal production kitchen.
Your role includes:
* Checking and processing daily client orders
* Handling supplier ordering & follow-ups
* Preparing daily production counts
* Verifying packaging accuracy
* Coordinating with drivers & delivery partners
* Managing petty cash + organizing invoices
* Basic admin tasks (attendance sheets, monthly files)
You must be:
* Extremely organized with strong follow-up
* Comfortable with WhatsApp/phone communication
* Good with Excel / Google Sheets
* Experienced in operations, food production, catering, or logistics
* Calm, reliable, and detail-driven
* Able to work onsite every day
Experience: 2–5 years in operations, procurement, logistics, or kitchen coordination
