Junior Systems Administrator - Digital Transformation Department

Serve as the primary contact for all IT issues via ticketing system, phone, Teams, or email.
-Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
-Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Windows 10/11 environment.
-Perform user account creation, password resets, and permission management through Active Directory.
-Install, configure, and update approved business applications.
-Provide remote assistance to users in other branches using RDP, Teams Assist, or remote-management tools.
-Escalate unresolved incidents to Level 2 Support / System Administrators, ensuring all diagnostic steps are logged.
-Maintain asset inventory of computers, monitors, printers, and accessories.
-Assist with new-hire IT onboarding, including workstation setup and email configuration.
-Monitor endpoint security and update compliance
-Contribute to the creation of knowledge-base articles and SOPs for common issues.
-Support basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, printer connectivity, VPN, FortiClient).
-Participate in regular maintenance and patch windows as directed by senior team members
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum two to three years of experience in IT helpdesk / Desktop support role.
Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, M365, and basic network concepts (IP, DNS, VPN).
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Odoo, ManageEngine, Jira Service Desk).
Knowledge of Active Directory for user and group management.
Basic experience with endpoint security tools and remote-access utilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow IT security guidelines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
