Assistant HR Manager

Hospitality - Lebanon
The Assistant HR Manager supports in overseeing all human resources functions within the hospitality property. This role ensures smooth HR operations, promotes a positive work culture, manages staff relations, and supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of hospitality operations in Lebanon.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

* 2 years at least of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.

* Strong knowledge of Lebanese Labor Law
