We are looking for a Key Account Manager with strong experience in diabetes devices, especially in Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and Insulin Pumps. The role involves sales, key account management, and clinical training across hospitals, diabetes centers, pharmacies, and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell CGM and insulin pump products.
- Develop new business in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
- Achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisions makers, including healthcare professionals, endocrinologists, diabetes specialist nurses, and key opinion leaders.
- Support tenders, pricing and negotiations.
- Provide product demos, onboarding, and training to HCPs and patients.
- Offer troubleshooting and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Support workshops, conferences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage administrative tasks such as customer records, expense reports, and ensuring efficient planning and organization of related activities.
Required Skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in diabetes medical devices (CGM and insulin pumps).
- A strong knowledge of diabetes care protocols and device technologies.
- Strong sales, communication, and training skills.
- Travel flexibility
