A 5-star hotel in Beirut is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate its F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.

* Lead, train, motivate, and manage the F&B team to achieve departmental goals.

* Develop menus, promotions, and concepts in collaboration with the Executive Chef and management.

* Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all outlets.

* Handle guest feedback, resolve issues professionally, and ensure consistent satisfaction.

* Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for events, banquets, and special functions.

* Implement SOPs, ensure compliance, and optimize workflow and efficiency.

* Prepare periodic reports and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

* 5+ years of F&B management experience, preferably in 5-star hotels or luxury brands.

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

* Fluency in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.

* High level of professionalism and guest-service mindset
