Lead Management Specialist

The Lead Management Specialist will play a vital role in myteem, primarily making outbound calls to leads, qualifying them for the service provided and scheduling an office consultation.

Essential Functions
Outbound Communication: Engage with leads through phone calls in a professional, convincing and empathetic manner.
Qualify leads to ensure they are compatible with the services offered.
Address inquiries related to these services, appointment scheduling, and general questions.
Convert qualified leads into virtual or in-person consultations.
Other duties as assigned.

Competencies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and colleagues. Charisma is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and experience with electronic medical records systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and information security.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is preferred, but not required. Prior experience in sales is also preferred. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Native-like English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing
Native-like Spanish/Russian/or any other language as needed proficiency in speaking, reading and writing

Special Considerations:
Schedule to fulfill: Monday to Friday 15:00 p.m. till 23:00 p.m. OR Monday to Friday 16:00 p.m. till 12:00 a.m. OR Monday to Friday 18:00 p.m. till 2:00 a.m. Beirut Time; total of 8 hours per day being 7.5 working hours and 30 minutes break.
Work setup: on-site from the office in Beirut - Lebanon
