Retail Coordinator (Luxury Retail)

We are looking for an experienced Retail Coordinator to support day-to-day store operations, sales performance, and brand standards across our locations. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in luxury retail, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities
• Sumbit sales reports OTBs
. Coordinate daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Support sales targets and work closely with store teams to improve performance
• Follow up on merchandising, VM updates, stock levels, and replenishment
• Prepare weekly sales reports and performance summaries
• Handle communication between stores, suppliers, and management
• Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines and customer service standards
• Support events, activations, and in-store promotions when needed

Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Excel is required
• Customer-service oriented with strong attention to detail
