* Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management
* Lead, motivate, and mentor the kitchen team
* Oversee daily food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation
* Manage stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and food handling
* Contribute to menu development with creativity and innovation
* Ensure smooth, efficient and consistent service, especially during peak hours

* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative dishes
* Ability to train, develop, and inspire junior team members
* Strong commitment to evolving, improving, and maintaining high standards
* Calm, confident presence under pressure
* International Fusion Cuisine is a plus
