Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts.

- Lead the budgeting process, financial planning, and cash flow management.

- Monitor and manage company expenditures and maintain financial controls.

- Perform reconciliations, audits, and tax filings as required.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.

- Implement and maintain accounting systems, policies, and procedures.

- Provide strategic financial advice to the management team to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or similar senior financial role, ideally within the electronics or consumer goods sector.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.

- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel (experience with ERP systems is a plus).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or similar certification preferred).
