About the Opportunity:
We are expanding our life insurance operations and seeking strong, experienced Business Development Lead who can build, lead, and develop high-performing teams. This role requires a mature, disciplined leader with the capability to recruit talent, train individuals, and support them in reaching their full potential through our GROW Program.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Selection
• Recruit, interview, and select high-potential candidates for the GROW Program
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Assess leadership capability, sales skills, and cultural fit
2. Training & Development
• Train and coach new recruits in core sales processes
• Support and monitor their development through continuous coaching and performance follow-up
• Deliver structured training and reinforcement sessions
• Ensure each team member progresses in skill, confidence, and performance
3. Leadership & Team Management
• Lead and manage teams with strong professionalism and clarity
• Guide people in achieving their recruitment, sales, and activity targets
• Support individuals as they grow through the GROW Program and move into leadership roles
• Maintain a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture
4. Business Operations & Performance Management
• Oversee daily operations of life insurance sales and distribution
• Track KPIs and initiate action plans where needed
• Ensure compliance with standards, processes, and ethical practices
• Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding, training, and productivity

Qualifications
• Age 30+
• Proven experience in management and team leadership
• Strong sales experience with a record of target achievement
• Experience in training, coaching, or people development is a strong advantage
• Ability to recruit, inspire, and lead individuals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of emotional intelligence and professional maturity
• Strong problem-solving ability, discipline, and strategic thinking
