Monitor and control food, beverage, and consumable costs
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
- Track and reconcile stock movements between kitchen, warehouse, and events
- Conduct regular physical inventories and spot checks
- Ensure all recipes and menu costing are correctly recorded and updated
- Analyze wastage, breakage, and variance reports, and investigate discrepancies
- Support the forecasting and budgeting process for catering events
- Ensure compliance with internal costing and procurement procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to maintain portion control and cost efficiency
- Utilize ERP tools (Odoo) for accurate cost tracking and reporting
