Senior Site Architect

Mega Prefab - لبنان
Job Purpose:

Ensure proper quality and scheduling of the concrete prefab houses construction.


Job Duties:

Quality control over the site works.
Identify site problems and coordinate with the different parties to solve it.
Use Microsoft project to prepare a schedule for the project tasks
Follow up the schedule of the procurement and site activities.
Update the schedule on a weekly basis and send the report to the clients.


Requirements:

Extensive knowledge in all finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum works, wood works…
Should be an expert in AutoCAD and excel
Should have good knowledge of scheduling software's such as Primavera or Microsoft projects
