Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist members, residents, and guests courteously and professionally upon arrival.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the Club’s facilities, services, and activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, F&B, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support membership-related processes such as renewals, updates, and information requests.
• Maintain an organized reception area and ensure a positive first impression at all times.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently and professionally.
• Record and relay messages or incidents accurately to concerned departments or supervisors.
• Monitor visitors and ensure access protocols are followed in coordination with Security.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and report preparation.
• Uphold confidentiality and maintain discretion regarding member and resident information
