We are seeking a qualified Chief Accountant/Financial Controller for a Contracting company located in Jnah with maximum 8 to 10 years of experience.

To oversee all financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and ERP systems, preferably with a background in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts.
- Supervise AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure compliance with Lebanese tax laws and internal control procedures.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Analyze financial performance and support management with insights.
- Ensure accurate and efficient use of ERP systems across all accounting processes.
- Work closely with operations and project departments regarding project costs, billing, progress payments, and variations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA / CMA certification is an advantage.
- Max 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Monday to Friday; 8am - 5pm
Salary: 1800$ - 2000$ plus other benefits.
