About the Role
We are looking for an IT Procurement & Product Support Assistant to support our Product Manager in daily operational tasks. This role requires someone with strong knowledge of IT products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently with suppliers, pricing data, and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor product stock levels and ensure accurate, up-to-date inventory records.
- Review product availability and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
- Assist in updating product catalogs and item descriptions.
- Prepare and send quotations and RFQs to multiple suppliers.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, product details, and lead times.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and prepare comparison reports for decision-making.
- Monitor competitor pricing and assist in maintaining competitive price lists.
- Analyze market trends to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Assist in optimizing margins while ensuring market competitiveness.
- Prepare client quotations and assist sales teams with product information.
- Maintain organized databases for pricing, supplier contacts, and product documentation.
- Support the Product Manager on day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects.

Qualifications
- Experience with IT hardware, components, or technology products.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
Communication & Organizational Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

Education
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
