Job Responsibilities
Prepare and produce a wide range of pastry and bakery products, including desserts, cakes, breads, and viennoiseries
Conduct professional product demonstrations and live baking/pastry demonstrations
Train chefs, kitchen teams, and clients on the correct use and application of the company’s products
Transfer full technical and product knowledge related to all bakery and pastry solutions
Support sales and marketing activities by explaining product benefits, applications, and commercial value
Guide outlets, HORECA, and food service clients on how to use, apply, and optimize the products in daily operations
Assist customers in implementing products correctly to achieve consistent, high-quality results
Develop and adapt recipes aligned with market needs and business objectives
Represent the company professionally during client visits, presentations, and demonstrations
Travel to African countries when needed to conduct training and demonstrations
Be based primarily in Lebanon and support abroad operations
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and quality standards during all activities
Requirements
bachelor of arts in food quality, hotel mgmt, or any related feild
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in pastry and bakery
Age between 25 and 45 years. male needed
Strong communication, presentation, training, and commercial skills
Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer engagement in the food service sector
Ability to work independently and represent the brand professionally
Willingness to travel internationally when required
