We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Zalka. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Maintain accurate customer records

Coordinate with internal departments when needed

Ensure a positive customer experience at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

Junior level with 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
