Colortek is looking for a dynamic Growth Officer to execute strategic initiatives, streamline internal processes, and lead growth initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead internal projects & growth programs
Identify new business opportunities
Report to CEO & support strategic decisions
Develop and implement SOPs

Requirements:
Excellent educational background
3–6 years in business development or operations
Strong project & process management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to travel
Fluent in English & Arabic, French is a plus
Based in Lebanon, Travel Required
