Employee Relations Specialist (Psychology Background)

Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns
• Provide guidance and support to employees and management on behavioral and interpersonal issues
• Conduct employee counseling sessions when required
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in developing workplace policies related to employee well-being and conduct
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and healthy work culture
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to improve employee satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of human behavior, workplace psychology, and conflict resolution
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in the field of organizational psychology and/or employee relations
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
• Problem-solving and mediation skills
• Prior experience in employee relations, HR, or counselling is a plus
