• Can manage multiple accounts without panicking
• Enjoy working with creatives (editors, designers, talent)
• Like watching content and saying “this works / this doesn’t”

What You’ll Do:
• Manage social media calendars & posting
• Structure captions, carousels & reels (hooks + flow + CTA)
• Follow up with venues & partners to get links + posts live
• Track insights & spot patterns (what’s performing & why)
• Watch shows/clips and guide editors & designers on what works
• Keep clients, content, and timelines aligned

You’re Probably:
• Organized but creative
• Online enough to know trends
• Comfortable with insights, analytics & feedback
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Not afraid to say “this can be better”

Bonus Points If:
• You’ve worked with creators, and media
• You know Instagram like the back of your hand
• You love content strategy as much as execution
