Key Account Executive (FMCG)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow our FMCG accounts across Lebanon. This role involves developing strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, executing in-store strategies, and ensuring excellent service levels while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Client Relationships
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all clients
• Service existing accounts and actively develop the client’s portfolio
• Collect customer feedback and work on improving customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and provide appropriate recommendations
2. Sales Performance & Business Development
• Develop sales strategies and business plans to increase market share and sales
• Submit customer orders in line with approved price lists and product literature
• Follow up on and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets
3. Field Execution & In-Store Excellence
• Perform regular client visits according to the daily call cycle
• Ensure brand image and marketing guidelines are respected in all stores
• Organize and monitor product displays, shelf placement, and pricing
4. Commercial, Financial & Inventory Control
• Execute commercial offers, credit terms, and ensure compliance with signed contracts
• Manage collections and periodic account reconciliation
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates at client level to avoid out-of-stock or returns
• Take responsibility for inventory monitoring within assigned accounts
5. Market & Internal Coordination
• Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends
• Coordinate daily with the sales manager to track performance, targets, and action plans
• Coordinate daily with merchandisers to ensure proper in-store execution
• Coordinate with the marketing department to prepare promotions, displays, stands, and campaigns

6. Reporting & Administration
• Submit daily visit reports and ensure proper follow-up on action points
• Perform any other duties as requested by management

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA is a plus)
• 2–3 years + of experience in FMCG sales
• Strong knowledge of the Lebanese retail market
• Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Experience with CRM system is a plus
