A leading food production company based in Antelias, committed to delivering high-quality products that meet international standards. We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee our technical standards, audit processes, and compliance protocols.

Key Responsibilities
1. Auditing & Compliance

Conduct internal audits on personnel hygiene, maintenance, cleaning, and production records.

Perform thorough audits on raw materials (quality/expiry) and finished products.

Execute supplier evaluations and audits to ensure food safety throughout the supply chain.

Maintain and update ISO certifications, SOPs, and regulatory documentation.

2. Process Control & Improvement

Implement and enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices).

Design and implement procedures for testing, inspection, and process improvement.

Perform root-cause analysis for any quality deviations and manage the corrective action process until full resolution.

Audit product labeling to ensure 100% compliance with LIBNOR and Codex standards.

3. Quality Management System

Maintain accurate and complete documentation systems for all QC activities.

Analyze performance data and vital indicators against quality parameters.

Draft and develop clear quality policies for staff implementation.

4. Training & Collaboration

Identify training needs and conduct sessions on food safety and ISO standards for both plant and administrative staff.

Collaborate closely with Operations, Production, and Purchasing departments.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a quality role within the food industry.

Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English; French is a strong plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Computer Literacy) and deep knowledge of LIBNOR, Codex, and ISO standards.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
